Sessions are designed to help you understand your challenges, strengths and opportunities, while empowering you to take intentional action in your life. Group Coaching

Held in groups of 8 – 15 participants, these sessions provide the opportunity for more social and community interaction and are often complimentary to the individual coaching sessions
