Active Walmart and Sam's Club associates are invited to join Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness for a bi-weekly rate of $12 per paycheck. As an individual Whole Health & Fitness member, you'll also have exclusive access to all facility amenities and programs.

Tips for Enrollment:
• If you have a preferred name listed in Walmart systems, use that name when enrolling.
• Be sure to have access to your Walmart email to receive a verification code.
• Membership fees are paid through payroll deduction.
• A credit or debit card is still required to complete the online enrollment process and only charged for future programs or services with your authorization.

Up to two eligible extended household members age 26+ - elder parents, adult dependents, plus caregivers - can be added to your membership for the additional cost of $45.50 monthly per added member. See a staff member at the facility to add an extended household member.
