On-site Campus Childcare
Now Open!
Generously supported by the Walton family, Little Squiggles Children’s Enrichment Center offers childcare and early childhood education for infants through pre-K and will serve NWA, Home Office, campus-based associates. The 73,000-square foot center will be operated by Bright Horizons, the leading name in corporate childcare and the current operator of our Sam’s Club Kids Club childcare center. Walmart Move
We’re making alternate transportation easy at the Walmart Home Office – and we want everyone to come along for the ride. Join Walmart Move commuters and explore new ways to ride to/from the office. Discover all the ways to get rolling.
Nursing Rooms
- Nursing Rooms are located on every floor of office buildings along with select amenity buildings and are intended for those who need to nurse.
- The rooms will be access controlled. In order to gain access to this space please talk to the Corporate Security associate located in the lobby level of every office building at the main entrance.
- You can book this space for up to 1 hour duration.
- Make sure to keep this space clean and do not remove others personal items.
Quiet Rooms
- Quiet rooms are located on the 1st floor lobby of every office building and available to all associates.
- These rooms have an indicator on the exterior door when locked to show others that it is in use.
- You can use this space for up to 1 hour duration.
Lockers
- Lockers are located on the 1st floor lobby of every office building and available to all associates.
- All lockers are day use only. Please remove all belongings at the end of each day.
- Lockers will be cleaned out each week at 6 pm on Fridays. Any remaining items will be discarded.

When it comes to the perfect place to take a break and grab a bite, there’s no one-menu-fits-all recipe. That’s why the New Home Office is serving up a global array of healthy, quality food options. With 12 flavor-packed food outlets housed inside 8th & Plate, our associate food hall is the heart of a comprehensive, made-from-scratch food program spanning our entire ~350-acre campus. This includes seven coffee shops, food truck pavilions, grab-and-go markets, a rooftop lounge and street-front retail and restaurants. Learn more about all of our exciting dining options.
Sam Walton Hall
Opening early 2025
Located in the heart of campus, Sam Walton Hall will be the central point for meetings and events where Home Office and field associates can learn and celebrate together. With more than 200,000 square feet of enhanced auditorium, conference and learning and development spaces, Sam Walton Hall includes a two-story auditorium with stepped seating to accommodate 1,500 associates, over 2,200 square feet of flexible conference room space, more than 30 classrooms and more meeting and collaboration spaces. Learn how this centrally located facility will be a hub for training and career development for associates across the globe.
AC Hotel Bentonville
Opening early 2025
Anchoring to the urban corner of 8th Street and J Street, the AC Hotel Bentonville by Marriott sits on a primary corridor, with convenient access to office buildings, campus amenities, retail environment and a network of walking and biking paths. AC Hotels’ approach to intentionally refine and craft enhanced guest experiences with a balance of form and function naturally aligns to the three principles we have used to guide our entire campus design: create a winning work environment, be true to who we are and offer an enhanced experience for associates and the surrounding community. And it’s location is just minutes (via walking, biking or car) to local attractions including 8th Street Market, The Momentary, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and Downtown Bentonville which is home to the Walmart Museum.
Welcome Center
Opening early 2025
Whether they’re stopping in for information or shopping the on-site SparkShop, the Welcome Center will be the public “front door” for visitors and guests. Open to the community and associates alike, it will serve as a campus hub, and as an extension of the welcoming, inclusive environment associates enjoy every day.
