PTO may be used for just about any reason:
- Holidays - Time for six paid holidays is included in PTO. You have flexibility to use PTO time for the holidays that are most meaningful to you, or use this PTO for any other reason.
- When needing to be away from work - You will use PTO for vacations, unplanned absences or the occasional sick day.
- Short-term disability waiting period - You may choose to use PTO to get paid during the seven-day waiting period for short-term disability if you need to be away from work for an extended period due to your own medical condition.
