Flexibility and choice for your time away from work
Everyone matters at Walmart, and each of us has different needs. That’s why we offer a modern, flexible approach to taking time off: PTO.
PTO lets you take paid time away from work for any reason. It also works with two time-off programs: short-term disability and parental and family care pay. Together they offer financial support when you or a family member has a serious medical condition or for the birth, adoption or foster placement of your child.
